In a short note posted on April 18 (1-1-83-415 – Riccardo Pelizzo) we reported that Riccardo Pelizzo was the top ranking public administration specialist at Nazarbayev University and in Kazakhstan. He was also the 83rd in Asia and the 415th in the world.
