The present study presents the results of a correlational analysis. By performing such an analysis, we are able to show that when an Indonesian voter/citizen engages in traditional practices, he or she is less likely to vote in the elections, is less inclined to believe that the country needs change (whatever it may be), is less likely to believe that (political) corruption is a widespread problem in and is more likely to believe that no matter what we do, corruption cannot be eliminated.
